To expand your Bowl:
1. Open the air vent
2. Use the tab to remove the lid
3. Pop open your Bowl
4. Open the airvent, place the lid back on, close it around the rim and close the air vent tightly

To collapse your Bowl and store your Carrier:
1. Press down the outer rim of the Bowl with both hands (without the lid on)
2. Roll up your Carrier and store it in the Bowl
3. Open the air vent on the lid
4. Put the lid back on the Bowl and close it around the rim
5. Push in the air vent

We recommend rinsing your Bowl before its initial use. We would also recommend to wash the Bowl straight (and thoroughly) after your meal to prevent stains and odour.

To clean the Bowl & Carrier Duet, remove the Carrier, lid, and ring, and expand the bowl. Wash the Bowl and lid by hand using mild soap and warm water or placed on the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning.

To remove odour, you can soak the Bowl and lid in a mixture of warm water and vinegar (50/50) for a few hours.

For stubborn stains, you can use baking soda:
1. Create a paste with baking soda and a bit of warm water
2. Apply the paste evenly to the Bowl and scrub it in with a brush (toothbrush, dish brush etc). Make sure to apply the paste evenly.
3. Leave the baking soda on the Bowl until it’s dry, which may take a few hours. You can do this at night and clean it in the morning.
4. A few hours later, rinse the baking soda off the silicone with hot water.
5. Wash the Bowl again with detergent and warm water.

To disassemble:
1. Open the air vent
2. Use the tab to remove the lid
3. Pop open the Bowl
4. Hold the outer rim of the Bowl with one hand and press it to the side, while holding the handle of the ring with your other hand and pressing it down

To assemble:
1. Pop open your Bowl
2. Place the Bowl ring (with the grooved side up) under the Bowl and slide it up until it reaches the groove below the rim of the Bowl
3. Insert the groove of the Bowl into the Bowl ring

Yes, the Bowl is microwave safe, dishwasher safe*, freezer safe, and oven safe*.

* If you would like to use the Bowl in an oven or dishwasher please remove carrier and plastic bowl ring prior. The carrier and plastic bowl ring are not meant to be put through high heat environment. The bowl (excluding the silicone carrier and plastic ring) can withstand heat of up to 150 degrees celcius.

The components of the Bowl in contact with your food are made from LFGB (European food safety standard) and SFR (Singapore food safety standard) compliant food grade silicone.

Note: LFGB is generally considered to be the gold standard of food safety standards.

Consumption of microplastics has become a major concern for human health. Health risks include, reduced metabolism, cancer, and lower fertility. From a practical perspective, we chose silicone as it is flexible (unlike glass) and microwaveable (unlike stainless steel).

The European food safety standard is referred to as LFGB while the American food safety standard is referred to as FDA.

LFGB provides a stricter food safety standard than FDA. Being a brand obsessed with safety we chose to proceed with qualifying for a stricter standard.

We have conducted further testing to ensure that our products are compliant with the Singapore food regulations safety standard.
