Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with your purchase. In the event that you need to initiate a return or request an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, no cancellation of order will be allowed. If you would like to exchange for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher.

Incorrect or defective items

Should there be an incorrect item or defective product in your package, please email us here: hello@kupaa.com within the same date of delivery. Do include your order number and clear photos/videos of the said defect(s). 

We will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items, and reserve the right to replace defective or damaged items at our sole discretion. 

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied and held responsible by the customer.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

Product exchange

Should you wish to exchange a product you had already received, please email us within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery. Shipping fee shall be borne by customers. If 2 calendar days have gone past since you have received your package, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
